Affordable Studio Space for Artists! (starting at $450 a month, owner may be willing to negotiate for right tenant but no guarantees)
We are a creative collective based in Farmers Branch, and we would like to invite artists to be our neighbors! Depending on your skill set and talents, we may occasionally have freelance work we can offer you, if you're interested in that kind of thing. If you're doing your own thing and just need the space, no worries- we'll stay out of your way! We have a furnished shared conference room with projector that would be free for you to use. Also, we're right across the street from a large park and next door to beautiful community gardens. There are three spaces available, ranging from 225 square feet to 450 square feet (this space is easily sharable). Parking lot available to you and your guests.
